"The 2017 Frühlingsplätzchen Riesling GG is still yeasty on the ripe, elegant and complex, slightly caramelly and vegetal (also volatile?) yet crystalline and precise nose. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, this is a mineral, very salty and almost drying, more austere Frühlingsplätzchen that is somewhat shy and lean at the moment but a classic.
