Delivery options

Pick-up:

Option to pick up orders at Vinopolitan wine store, located at Nám. SNP 6, Bratislava - Staré mesto.

There is no fee for picking up orders in person. The deadline for order pickup is 7 days.

Opening hours for pick-up of online orders:

Mon: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Tue-Thu: 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Fri: 9:30 AM - 10:00 PM

Sat: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Sun: Closed

Delivery by DPD courier (1-2 working days):

For orders up to 99.99€ including VAT, the shipping cost is 3.60€.

Orders with a minimum value of 100€ (including VAT) are delivered free of charge throughout Slovakia.

Delivery with DPD Guarantee service:

DPD Guarantee ensures delivery on the next working day after dispatch. The price for DPD Guarantee service is 5.70€, or 2,70€ (for orders with a minimum value of 100€ including VAT).

After sending the order by courier, you will receive a notification from DPD regarding the approximate delivery time. This notification also includes a link to a page where you can redirect the shipment to a different address or to a DPD pick-up point of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders received by 10:00 are dispatched on the same day (applies to working days).

The maximum weight for a single order is 45kg.

Please be advised that we currently only ship orders within Slovakia. However, if you are located in another EU country and wish to place an order, kindly reach out to us at info@vinopolitan.sk. Do keep in mind that certain products may not be available for shipping outside of Slovakia.
