"Based on the 2015 vintage, the latest rendition of Selosse's NV Extra-Brut Grand Cru Les Carelles is one of the more tightly coiled wines in the range, unwinding in the glass with aromas of golden orchard fruit, clear honey, beeswax, white flowers, walnuts and vin jaune. Full-bodied, ample and concentrated, with a deep core of fruit that's primed to explode with a bit of age on cork, it's racy and concludes with a long, penetrating finish."
